The ANGKOR 500 Mentor Training Program is a program designed to strengthen the coaching and, mentoring skills of business leaders and, subject-matter experts.
By shadowing 500 Global’s world-class mentors, participants will learn effective ways to provide support and, guidance to the next generation of startup founders and, future leaders in Cambodia.

Sharpen your skills as a mentor through shadowing experienced mentors. Selected trained mentors may have the opportunity to join Khmer Enterprise's programs as a mentor in the future.
Demonstrate your competence
Participants who’ve successfully completed the program will receive a certificate of participation issued by Khmer Enterprise and 500 Global.
Program Overview
The criteria are as follows:
Must-have
- Fluency in Khmer language (Local Cambodian preferred)
- Committed to founder growth
- Experience with and a strong network in the Cambodian startup ecosystem
- Insights into startup trends and ecosystem outside of Cambodia
Nice-to-have
- Have experience working in tech startups at the C-Suite or management level, or in a lead or decision-maker role
Shadowing Training
Shadow certified 500 Global mentors during live programs. Participate in a mix of lectures, workshops and/or 1:1 sessions with the startups.
Mentoring in Practice
Conduct lectures and, mentor startup founders and, future entrepreneurs from ANGKOR 500 programs.
Mentorship Feedback
Throughout the program, you will receive feedback from 500 Global’s certified mentors and, participating startups (your mentees) to improve your lecture delivery and, mentoring skills.

- Decision: The ANGKOR 500 team will inform you of your application status
