We look for candidates with experience working with startups. Applicants should be currently managing an accelerator, actively looking to start an accelerator program, or part of an institution running an accelerator program.

Applicants should also be:

º Available to commit full-time to 4 days of coursework.

º Proficient in written and spoken English.

º Focused on identifying and empowering great entrepreneurs in their ecosystems.

The tuition for BAM is $9,000. Participants who apply and are accepted before the early admissions deadline (4 November, 2022) pay a discounted fee of $8,200. Payment can be made by wire transfer or credit card through PayPal.

There are no scholarship opportunities for the BAM program, however we have a reduced rate of $5,000 for non-profit applicants.

Participants must complete the Application Form.

Once the application is reviewed, a member of the admissions team will reach out to schedule an interview for further vetting. If accepted, candidates can enroll in our January 2023 cohort.

A participant’s place in the program is only secured once we receive full payment.

If a non-profit applicant is accepted, they must submit an additional form with their annual reports to confirm their non-profit status. The additional form will be sent to applicants who have been accepted into BAM.

Yes, the program is designed as a full day program running from 8:30am to 5pm every day. It is expected that participants devote 100% of this time to the program.

We have run four BAM programs in San Francisco and several other customized programs around the world. We will be educating our fifth cohort of accelerator managers during our January 2023 session in San Francisco.

The average size of our program is 30 participants and is designed to ensure that all participants have an opportunity to receive mentoring and feedback from the 500 team.

Participants may cancel with a full refund until  December 30, 2022.

Yes, the program is designed for participants from all over the world.

Breakfasts and lunches will be provided as part of the program. We will have an opening dinner on the first night and a cocktail reception on the third night of the program.
