- The AI will also remember creator preferences, and keep up with industry news to allow users to create, and share their content more effectively.
- Gnowbe will also integrate the AI-chat function into its customer support, to reduce response times and enable Gnowbe’s support staff to focus on more complex issues that require human intervention.
