Check-in to Success
- 500-backed hospitality company RedDoorz recorded their first-ever year of positive adjusted earnings. How? By going back to basics.
- Co-founder & CEO Amit Saberwal shared they have been focusing on their core markets and segments particularly in Indonesia and the Philippines, where they have a network of 4,200 hotels.
- RedDoorz grew their revenue by 12.5% year on year in 2024, and the company is now targeting a revenue growth of 30% to 40% in 2025 — making total revenue as high as US$38M.
- The team plans to continue pushing their specialized brands, including those that are more upscale and lifestyle-oriented, such as the Sans brand and villas under the Lavana brand.
- Automation is another major focus, with tasks like customer support and room allocation already done without human interaction. Amit aims for tasks like check-ins and checkouts, payments, and other actions typically performed by front-desk staff to be fully automated.
